Dana Schaefer found us a home! It was hard to find what we wanted, but she was incredibly patient, never got frustrated with us, or discouraged over a couple of years of searching. Dana was also helpful in that she is very knowledgeable about house construction and systems, as well as having good home inspectors on her list. Dana was recommended to us by a friend, and we could not be happier with the advice and service we received from her while buying one condo and selling another in the competitive Cambridge market. She is the consummate professional; calm, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and very responsive. On the buying side, we had very specific criteria for location, size, parking, etc., which did not leave very many potential properties. We followed her advice on pricing, and we received multiple excellent offers in the first weekend of listing.
