These are photos of when I sold this to the current owner in 2007. This is a very unique loft property with 20 foot ceilings, a private backyard and garage parking. The property has been used as business work space so it's needs some love. They owner can not close until late July/ early August. If we do not sell NON- MLS we will fix up, stage and put on the market late July.
